This salami is made with lean pork and diced back fat from our free-range, organically raised pigs at Lửa Little Farm, then gently seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and natural spices before being slow-fermented and air-dried for over 3 months.
Each firm, flavorful slice offers the perfect touch of salt, a warm peppery finish, and delicate flecks of creamy fat – ideal for charcuterie boards, layered into sandwiches, or simply paired with a glass of red.
