Our Smoked Ham starts with the back leg of free-range pork from Lua Little Farm – where pigs grow slowly, eat organic food, and roam free. After a simple seasoning and 7 days of curing, we slow-smoke it with real wood dust – low and gentle for hours, just the traditional way.
