Nduja is made from free-range organic pork from Lua Little Farm, mixed with chili, mushroom and vegetables, then gently aged for 6 months. This salami is bold, mildly tangy, gently warm in spice and moderately salty — soft enough to spread, yet still full of rustic charm.
