It begins with whole pork butt from Lửa Little Farm, where pigs roam free, eat fermented grains, and are never given antibiotics.
Each cut is hand-rubbed with salt, garlic, and black pepper, then gently cold-smoked and aged for 6 months. The result is a ham with a deep, layered flavor — softly smoky, quietly bold, and just a touch sweet.
