Arnaud Lambert ‘Breze’ Saumur Blanc Clos de Midi, Loire France

Focussed on organic viticulture, Arnaud Lambert Breze comes from a single site called “Clos de Midi” which is located in one of the coolest areas of Breze, produce 100% Chenin Blanc. Harvested by hand and carefully pressed whole, the wine then age 90% in stainless steel tank and 10% in French oak barrels for 4 months. Made by one of the most talented organic winemaker in Loire, Arnaud LAmbert’s wine is pure, precise and elegant. This is a defined white wine with aromas of white flowers, notes of yellow fruit and hints of flint. On the palate it is broad, voluminous and elegant. A subtle wine with vibrant acidity, a crisp mid-palate and a brisk finish with hints of sea salt.
