The Koshu vines are grown 400m above sea level. In the vineyards, in order to reduce the effects of autumn rain, every bunch is covered with a shade (umbrella) and picked at optimal maturity. The grapes will then undergo long gentle pressing.
The wine shows fresh citrus aromas suggestive of summer mandarins and oranges, with hints of apple, pear, acacia and succulent white peach. A well-balanced wine, combining ample fruitiness with delicate and refreshing flavors.

This wine has an alcohol level of 12.0%.
