Kellerei Terlan Winkl is a standout Sauvignon Blanc from the Alto Adige region in northern Italy. Known for its aromatic intensity, it features notes of elderflower, passionfruit, and grooseberry, supported by a lively acidity and a hint of minerality. Manual grape harvest and selection. Gentle pressing and racking by natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 7-8 months on fine yeasts partly in stainless steel vats (80%) and partly in large wooden barrels (20%).
This wine has an alcohol level of 13.5%.
